Questions hosts ask

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Plans are billed monthly or yearly, and yearly billing gets you roughly two months free.

What happens when a place in my guide closes?

We check every recommendation on a regular schedule. When a venue closes for good or changes its hours, your guide is updated or the place is flagged, so guests aren’t sent somewhere that no longer exists.

Do my guests need to download an app?

No. Your guide opens from a single link in any phone browser, and guests can add it to their home screen like an app.

How does the 5% upsell fee work?

When a guest buys an add-on through your guide, payment is processed securely and paid out to you. GuestGuideIQ keeps 5% of that transaction. If you make no sales, you pay no fee.
