GuestGuideIQ is built on one idea: the hard part of a guidebook isn’t making it, it’s keeping it right. So we automate both.

  1. Paste your listing link

    Start with the Airbnb or Vrbo URL you already have. There’s no questionnaire and no blank template to fill in.

  2. Your guide is built in seconds

    GuestGuideIQ reads your listing and drafts the whole guidebook: property details, amenities, and hyperlocal picks curated for your neighborhood, from the café locals queue at to the trail they save for weekdays.

  3. Make it yours

    Add your house rules and check-in notes, tune the recommendations, and apply your brand colors and typography. Portfolio and agency plans can put the guide on your own domain.

  4. Share it and forget it

    Send guests a single link. From then on we re-check your local picks on a regular schedule, update opening hours, and flag anything that has closed. You don’t need to touch it.
